Healthy, Two Ingredient Cookies!

I love baking, especially around this time of a year. The stirring and mixing of things kind of has a therapeutic way about itself, and it gets you in the Christmas spirit! 
Today I am sharing with you my absolute favourite ( and healthy!!) baking recipe right now: My two ingredient cookies! 
They are super quick to make and and taste absolutely delicious. 
What you need is very simple: 2 Bananas and 1 Cup of oats. However you can change this recipe up, by adding cocoa powder, raisins, any kinds of nuts, chia seeds, protein powder and many more. The possibilities are endless, but for the Christmas season I suggest adding a little bit of cinnamon :)

1) Peel & Mash bananas

Peel you bananas and mash them with a fork until you have a nice mixture. 

2) Add in your oats

Add your oats in slowly, while continuing to mix. It is easier to first put in a third of a cup and then another, since the mixture will fold more easily. 

3) Add any additional toppings

4) Make small cookies and lay them on a tray

5) Pop them in the oven for 12-15 min at 180 degrees Celsius
